As part of UK Meadows Day, join us for bug hunting, guided meadow plant tours, and hands-on educational activities celebrating the beauty and importance of wildflower meadows.
As part of Fascination of Plants Day, we will also highlight the role of plant science in agriculture. Children (8+) can take part in a heritage wheat craft workshop and create their own Harvest Knot 🌾. Traditionally, these “harvest trophies” or corn dollies were made to celebrate the harvest and displayed at the harvest supper.
Two sessions available – places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
