This activity is structured around three themes: Unraveling the Secrets of Life, Pursuing Green Energy, and Sowing Hope for the Future.

First, participants will be guided to extract visible white flocculent DNA from strawberries using dish soap, salt, and cold alcohol, allowing them to directly observe the existence of genetic material.

Next, they will examine the morphology of chloroplasts in Elodea leaves under a microscope. By illuminating the sample with LED light, the chloroplasts will be induced to exhibit cytoplasmic streaming, helping participants understand the dynamic behavior of the energy engine of photosynthesis.

Finally, each student will receive sunflower seeds and an instruction card, along with a basic introduction to seed dispersal and germination.
